Tailored to you

Everything in Aeromec adapts to your shop

We don't ask you to change the way you work. We start from a complete application and fit it to yours: any screen, field, workflow, document, report or integration can be changed. That is what sets us apart.

  • Screens and fields

The data you work with, under your names, columns and filters.

  • Workflows and approvals

Your statuses, your steps and who approves what, signed or not.

  • Documents in your style

Quotes, routing sheets, delivery notes, CoCs and invoices in your format.

  • What your customers require

Their clauses, portals and forms, built into the process.

  • Reports and KPIs

What your management watches, on the dashboard, in PDF or in your spreadsheet.

  • Integrations

Quote from real costs

Each routing's should-cost adds up material, machine hours, outside processing and overheads, and simulates the unit cost for every quantity. Sales quotes the suggested price without ever seeing a cost.

  • Quantity breaks, versions and PDF
  • Approved alternate materials with their cost
  • Signed contract review (EN 9100 8.2.3)
  • Accepting the quote creates the order and its deliveries

Shop-floor terminal and monitor

Designed for hands-on work at the machine

A kiosk-mode tablet next to each machine and one screen for the whole shop. Big buttons, just what each step needs and nothing to configure.

  • Badge or PIN

Operators see their machines' queue in the planner's order.

  • Several machines at once

One task per machine; the person's time is split by your company rule.

  • Current drawing and program

Only approved documents reach the machine, with a warning if the CNC program is still in trial.

  • Gauges on loan

Scan to take, return when done; an overdue gauge can't be used.

  • Shift checks and breakdowns

An anomaly alerts Maintenance and opens its work order.

  • Andon monitor

Every machine on a TV: running, in setup, stopped.

Quality management system

ISO 9001 and EN 9100, built in

Aeromec is designed to comply with ISO 9001:2015 and EN 9100:2018. A compliance matrix shows, clause by clause, how it is covered, where it lives and with what evidence. Certification belongs to your system: Aeromec gives you the tools and the proof.

Electronic signature

Password and meaning, inspector stamp and chained SHA-256 hash. Signed records can't change (FAA AC 120-78A).

Compliance matrix

Every clause with its coverage, where it lives in the app, evidence counted from the data and its tests.

Validation dossier

725 automated tests passing and daily backups with verified restores.

Non-conformances and CAPA

EN 9131 data, MRB, scrap mutilation, customer escape notices and EN 9136 root-cause analysis.

Competence

An expired qualification blocks signing, program validation and work on the machine.

Change and configuration

Calculated impact, signed approval and the drawing revision frozen in every work order.

Suppliers and counterfeits

Approved scope, customer-approved sources, signed evaluation, SCAR and suspect counterfeit (AS6174).

Management system

Objectives with calculated KPIs, risks, audits and a signed management review.

External auditor

Read-only profile with an end date and a PDF traceability report for the audit.

Aircraft programmes

Build at the aircraft's rate

Every order line and work order carries its programme. With the shipset and the rate plan, Aeromec forecasts twelve months of demand, feeds MRP and answers "what if the rate goes up to six aircraft a month?".

Claude works with you, under your permissions

Connect Aeromec to Claude (claude.ai, desktop, mobile or Claude Code) and just ask: which work orders are late and why, which parts use a given heat, how a machine's queue looks. If your profile allows it, Claude prepares quotes, releases work orders or handles non-conformances.

  • It signs in as you: the database enforces your permissions
  • Everything is audited and tagged "Claude"
  • Claude never signs: a signature is always a person's

FAQ

What people usually ask us

What is Aeromec?

Aeromec is management software for precision machine shops that manufacture for aerospace and defence. A single application covers quoting with should-cost, engineering (customer-approved routings), finite-capacity planning, the shop-floor terminal, EN 9100 quality, heat and serial-number traceability, MRP, purchasing, maintenance and invoicing with integrated accounting. It is designed and developed by fmSuit LLC.

Who is it for?

Precision machine shops —milling, turning, grinding, EDM— that supply parts to aerospace and defence manufacturers and integrators, and that work with first articles, customer-approved routings, 3.1 certificates and part-level traceability. Everyone in the shop has a profile: management, engineering, sales, planning, shop floor, operator, quality, warehouse, purchasing, maintenance and finance.

Does it comply with EN 9100 and AS9100?

Aeromec is designed in line with ISO 9001:2015 and EN 9100:2018 (the European equivalent of AS9100), with a compliance matrix that states, clause by clause, how it is covered, where it is and with what evidence. It includes FAI to EN 9102, NCRs to EN 9131, root-cause analysis to EN 9136, electronic signatures in line with FAA AC 120-78A and counterfeit-parts control to AS6174. Certification belongs to the company's management system: Aeromec gives it the tools and the evidence.

How does traceability work?

Backwards, from a part or serial number to its heat, its 3.1 certificate, the machines, the operators, the measurements and the gauges used. Forwards, from a heat to every affected part and customer. Each work order has its manufacturing record in PDF and the auditor gets a traceability report in PDF.

Can it be tailored to my shop?

Yes, and that is what sets us apart: we start from a complete application and adapt it to the way you work. Any screen, field, workflow, document, report or integration can be changed. We look at it with your data, propose the changes with their timing and cost, build and validate them with their tests, and Aeromec keeps changing with you.

How does implementation work? Do you import my existing data?

Yes: we bring in the data from what you use today (spreadsheets, FileMaker, Access, your current ERP, drawings and certificates) with an import report: customers, parts, routings, machines, people, gauges, stock and open orders. Then we configure your company, train each team with its own profile and go live with you, in parallel with your current system if needed.

Can it be used with AI?

Yes. Aeromec connects to Claude (claude.ai, desktop, mobile or Claude Code) and each person asks in their own language which work orders are late, which parts carry a heat or how a machine queue is going; if their profile allows it, Claude prepares quotes, releases work orders or handles non-conformances. It acts with the user's permissions, everything is in the audit trail and Claude never signs.

Does it integrate with my customers and with tax authorities?

It receives orders and sends confirmations and shipping notices via cXML with SAP Business Network; it invoices through the Spanish tax agency's SII or VeriFactu, prepares draft 303 and 349 returns and Intrastat, reconciles Norma 43 bank statements and keeps integrated accounting that can be exported for the accountant.

Does it work on the shop floor, on tablets and phones?

Yes. It runs in the browser: on the office desktop, on a kiosk-mode tablet next to each machine (with card or PIN, and the current drawing and CNC program) and on the phone, with the same dashboard and records; the shop-floor monitor runs on a TV. In Spanish and English, in light and dark mode.

How does it protect defence data?

Security is enforced by the database: each profile only sees its sections, sensitive columns (costs, margins, prices) are hidden by permission and defence data is only visible to people with that permission, also through Claude. Every change is recorded in the audit trail.

Can I try it?

Yes, with no sign-up: the public demo has 13 accounts, one per profile, with the data of a fictitious company that resets every day at 8:00 (Spain time). The video, the specification, the presentation, the PDF proposal and the 45-chapter user manual are also available.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope: what you need, the tailoring and the implementation. Tell us about your shop at info@aeromec.app or on +34 665 692 863 and we will prepare a tailored proposal.
